Could someone give me a quick tutorial on how to use it and do basic stuff with it? I have the professional edition. So far I can create a simple workspace with several files and run it but I''d like to know stuff like how to debug it with a watchwindow and any other useful things.

F9 sets a breakpoint
View->Debug Windows->Watch gets you the watch window...

You really need a small library of books to learn all about it.
