I used to play way too much Minesweeper. I got my 'expert' time down to 63 seconds. I had to uninstall it when I started getting cramp in my wrist from being so tense and clicking so fast in short bursts. I always felt I had a sub-minute run in me but never managed to hook it up.
My other major distraction over the years has been Geometry Wars. Best ever go at that took about 7 hours unbroken play.
These days I've learned my lesson and can avoid distractions reasonably well. Having a toddler in the house means I don't get much distraction free time so I try to use it sensibly.
Spending an inordinate amount trying to come up with a look-and-feel for the game's UI art.
