Bosses make it way too difficult even on Normal, its really hard to deal with the bosses and see off all of the ghosts. Also the responsiveness wasn't exactly perfect, it wasn't too bad either but sometimes I was clicking on ghosts 2 or 3 times before anything happened. Apart from that, refine the graphics a bit (I'd personally go with a more cartoon style for the ghosts maybe?) and possibly could work if it were adapted for Android/iOS.
