Can't view who voted on my articles

Normally if I click on the points value of a post or comment, it shows who voted for or against it.

If I try the same for an article I have written, the points are not clickable and I am not sure the points given are applied to my score as someone voted up my most recent article and I received no notice of the upvote.

Is something borked?

I can't view that either. It may very well be that the articles don't have that functionality. I know the comments on articles show it and forums that have the numbers show, but it appears that it isn't available on the article voting number.
