Could someone recommend an opengl book which is suitable for me. I have over 8 years of programming experience from C++ to ASP. I have never programmed windows or graphics before but i''m seasoned with OOP. Is there a beginner''s guide to OpenGL or something? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like OpenGL Game Programming would be perfect for you.
(Myopic Rhino MIGHT be a little biased)

Well yeah, I am a little, but not as much as you might think. I''ve actually recommended against it to some people depending on their background. But I think it''s a perfect fit for someone comfortable with C++ who wants to learn OpenGL on Windows.

Author bias aside - OpenGL Game Programming is a good book (i've got it and I use it a lot).

Also invaluable are the 'red' and 'blue' Open GL reference books from Addison Wesley. (OpenGL Reference Manual, OpenGL Programming Guide).

If you get these three you can't go far wrong.
