How to render a Zdepth texture With Blender or other?

I got Zdepth on blender's site.

But I don't know how to do the node editor so that i can read sqrt(X^2+Y^2) per pixel as a x=480 by y=360 texture

Wi=z(c^2(1+z/c)

So once i get the Node editor which i confused with GLSL to read in C or C^2 per pixel i'll have Wi

OK, first what do you want to do with the depth map? Chances are there is a easier way to do what you are doing now.
