I realize that making an rpg requires tons of assets. Rather than make them, I'd like to have a bunch of asset components that I can combine to create them.

I recently found this app called moji maker. It has thousands of assets for customizing emojis. The problem is they don't offer the assets for download, just the app. (If they did then I'd probably make an emoji styled rpg) But I really like the idea behind it where you pick and choose the face, eyes, mouth, etc from thousands of choices.

I've done searches and can't find any software or extensive set of assets for combining together to create characters or enemy mobs. Does anything like that exist?

Edit: Another example of what I'm looking for is Game Character Hub. But the assets in it are only for use in RPG Maker so I can't use it in a game I program myself.
