Could I make an “Aladdin” game with images a bit like disney? Would I have the right to market without copyright issues? And use the name Aladdin as the name of my game? How could this be done?

You can make a game called Aladdin. It can be Disney style. You cannot make an Aladdin game with a genie that looks like the genie from Disney's Aladdin (or other characters). You also don't want to rip off original plot points that are only present in the Disney IP.

This is not legal advice.

The tale of Aladdin is found in The Arabian Nights tales or One Thousand and One Nights. An enchanting and magical collection of fairy tales of Middle Eastern origin. The Arabian Nights stories were first introduced to Europe in a French translation by Antoine Galland in 1704.

No copyright issues there.

As mentioned above, just don't copy the Disney version too closely and you will be fine.
