  1. Most of programmers cannot draw graphic files, such as characters, sceneries and objects, and many of them do not know how to use 3D modeling tools such as Blender. They cannot create sound effects or music easily. I want to know if a repository of audio-visual files for games exists. The files from this kind of repository must not have copyright and any programmer can use these files in commercial games. Anyone can submit files to the repository. If it does not exist, I think it is a good idea.
  2. Hello, I want to use midi files in games. I need to know a C/C++ library to load midi files. The license have to be free and allow to use in commercial games. I need to decode the midi file into wave format in memory and play it with a generic audio API. It is important to work on different platforms, such as Windows, Linux, Android, Mac OS X and iphone. I tried SDL Mixer, but it cannot play multiple midi files. It cannot play and pause a music, play another music and pause it, and resume the first music from where it was paused. Thanks a lot.
