Could someone please tell me how a 3d modeler like TrueSpace works? Do you save a picture on it then put it on an event loop with C++ or something? I tried to look on the 3d modeler section on the site, but I couldn''t get it to show.

I dont'' quite understand your question. I 3D modeler is an art program used to make 3D models. Once and artist (or artistic programmer, unlike me) create an object, they save that object to a file. .3DS or .X (like saviing Bitmaps). Once they have done this a programmer can load the image into their program and use it in a game, etc. Is this what you wanted to know?
Yes, Thanks.

depends on what you need. if you need a 3d object then export it as a format that you can program with(.3ds, .x), if its pictures you need then texture and render the image, edit it and use it in your game
