Programming for Nokia 3650

Nokia 3650 uses Symbian OS and Java applications. How can i write programs for this particular phone model and which language should i use.

I think you should use java. Programming the symbian os is a little bit complicated.
If you want to go the symbian/c++ way i suggest the book "Symbian OS C++ for Mobile phones".
