About your portofolio, despite it yet hard to get important informations (years, projects and so) using custom categories (like somebody already told),
I've only one question : what's the point of doing a website for that and just not fit to grand'pa standard with a link to CV ? personaly I don't think you'll get more hit, but maybe I'm wrong and lot of "website custom design stuff" wanabee are on the market these days ... Since I'm looking job too the answer could interest me :)

Thankyou, I agree that results should be more discussed here.

The point of an online portfolio is to be a visual CV. It's one thing to say you've programmed a physics system, it's another thing to show that physics system working. A lot of people like to fluff up their work in text, but if you show a video, images and sample code it gives the reviewer a better idea of your work.

It's pretty standard to have online portfolios nowadays and submit it with your resume. The resume provides a text context and the portfolio is the meat.

About the design:

I've heard that my portfolio is a little rough and hard to grasp because everything is so scattered. I'll redesign part of it to have a better sitemap. Maybe I'll have image guides.

I get that a lot of you think the design is a little over-strong for a coder, and I do think I will tone parts of it down. However I'm presenting both art and code materials so I'm having to strike a balance.

Yes it's a nice idea, good work. It makes "something more", just need a simpler design as you know.
