On the plus side, I've learned the joys of source control, so I'm only something like five clicks away from compiling with a rollback if necessary.
I currently have two projects in that annoying state during a major refactoring where the code no longer compiles because the guts are strewn across seven different places. One is dodecahellspawn, the other is something I'm doing for work.

Heh heh. I know exactly how you feel, having been in somewhat the same state myself for awhile. Though I did finally manage a compile about 5 minutes ago, so I guess I'm not anymore...

I just got dodecahellspawn to compile again, with most of the functionality intact so, I guess I was complaining about something that wasn't that big a deal.
Except for the project for work, where it probably won't work for a few more days.
