Nerd joke of the day

The only way that congresscritters will get the message that the DMCA (aka The Best Law Money Can Buy) rules on encryption are absurd is if the authorities governing HD-DVD and BLU-RAY are suddenly faced with having to send out *millions* of C&D letters.

And, according to Google, they're at one million and counting so far.

Oh, and here's a funny joke I heard on the bus today. . .

Q: Why did the HD-DVD cross the road?

God, you broke one of our most proeminent forum rule! Now I have to ban you [sad].

But that's still a good joke [smile]
