I've been away from coding for a year and a half.
As is my way I've forgotten the specifics of just about everything.
But my mind has retained the understanding and the general gist of what I learned.
Which is not enough to really build anything, though I have been working on websites in that time, mostly wordpress and elementor themekit.
But I've done a bit of JavaScript and HTML during that process.
I'm looking at getting back into LibertyBASIC and JavaScript, I still have my python book taunting me but I won't dive into that yet.
And I'd like to take a look at GoDot. I'll still record my process, trials, tribulations, mistakes, failures, and small fabulous successes - here.
Great Coding to everyone and happy holidays!
I would look around some before settling on a game engine, the best time to do it is in the startup of a project. I prefer Unity but I have heard good things about Construct 3 if you want an easier framework for a 2D based game.
Good luck! =)
