Today for my "productive" personal time I decided to try to get PyGame and PyOpenGL working again. Still no good. Maybe after the next major Python release stablizes newer, happier versions will be released. Or maybe I'll break down and rebuild the entire mess from the sources. That was moderately painful the last time I tried it.

PyGame works flawlessly for me, on every machine I try it on (I always use the ActivePython from ActiveState for Windows machines). PyOpenGL is far more complicated. Because of versioning issues, I've abandoned it for the time being, relegating all of my 3D programming to Managed DirectX.
