Half-Life 2 modding, among other things...

Yesterday, I was messing around with the Source SDK that I got with Half-Life 2, and I created my first mod. Basically, all I did was allow the player to always have the mega gravity gun. I would put it up for download, but I'm not exactly sure how to set up the mod so others can play it. Anyways, anyone with the SDK could probably easily create the mod themselves.

No work on Blocky Man to report. I'm very glad people are creating new content for the game, because I really can't think of any new level ideas, or things to do on it. Remember, if you create some Blocky Man content, tell me and I'll gladly put it up for download on my site.

I haven't seen the Doom movie yet, but I would like to. As long as the movie has shooting and demons, it's a good Doom movie to me. I really could care less what the plot is, because the game really didn't have much of a plot. Although, it seems that the movie is based on Doom 3.

Star Wars Battlefront 2 is coming out soon. I usually don't look forward to Star Wars games, but I loved the first Battlefront, and this game looks pretty sweet. I'm going to pick it up when it comes out around November 1st.

Have you played FEAR yet? It's been almost a year now since I've bought a new PC game, so I finally forced myself to go out and buy it Saturday. It's pretty fun; the single player is slightly repetitive, and I'm not a huge fan of the horror theme to it all, but the combat is indisputably the best ever in an FPS. And of course, the graphics are awesome.

I have a demo of it on my computer, but I haven't even tried it yet.

I'll probably try it today, though.
