So I read some more of "Game Scripting Mastery" today. I'm really, really likeing this book. It's just presented so well. The author does a really nice job of presenting the overall theory of scripting before delving into example code. So even if you don't understand the example code(the C-Strings, there's too many of them [sad]), You will still be able to work with it. In other words, it encourages you to think of your own methods for doing something rather than just what's in the example code.
I was also quite suprised at the size of the book, around 1100 pages. I actually expected it to be a short book...I was wrong. That's great though, cause I really enjoy reading it.
Anyways, I hope to have a Stompy 2 demo ready soon.
Would be so much better if there were that many G-Strings.
