More scripting stuff...

I haven't gotten much work on Stompy2 done. I have, however, been working a little on StompyScript. I got comments (using // like C++) working and also now Integer constants can be declared in the script. For some reason my string constants aren't working.

I'm going to get back working on Stompy2, because I think the game is shaping up to be quite fun and I think a demo is coming up soon.
