for me, I don''t like just eating cheese, but cheddar cheese is great w/ apples or french bread, or both
how many people here have ever heard of putting cheese on apple pie? In wisconsin it''s pretty normal especially up north (though I live in southeastern wi)

My favorite cheese is parmesan cheese. There was this one kind that was incredible, but I can''t remember the name.
