The penultimate version of the first Blob Wars episode is now available for download. This version contains some bugs fixes, level fixes and a few other little tweaks. In case you don't know, Metal Blob Solid is a 2D mission based platform game, in which you must rescue as many MIAs as possible. Containing over 25 missions, 4 boss missions and more than 8 hours game play and some rendered cutscenes this is a game every Linux gamer should have (even if I do say so myself). Hopefully this version will be 99% bug free. Note - Saves prior to 0.98 will NOT work in this version. That looks cool enough to try. Have you considered making it cross platform? I dont personally use linux, but I develop on cross platform libs so that you could potentially try my games. :-P

Excellent game. I've played it before, but this release seems much more stable and playable. It's really great to see good games for Linux/Unix, keep it up!
