like I said before you can see all the options available in the object browser. Press F2 to access it. I highly recomend learning howto use it. I dont think you can hide the checkbox. You could pretty easily make your own dialog if you had to.

I don't believe you can hide that check box (assuming you're referring to the common dialogue thing), but you can just ignore it - if you don't use it in your program, it won't have any effect. Altertately, just build your own form instead.
