Most already log pretty much everything about the hands, either locally, or on their servers [and are made available on request]. Pokerstars for example simply requires you click a thing in their software to have your last X hands mailed to you in a nice log format.
Far easier to pipe the log through some parser than try and decipher their network protocol...

I'm playing on pacific poker, which actually doesn't do any logging at all. The reason i want to do this is because otherwise i will have to pay for one.
