IDL Compilation Error

I am having trouble compiling this IDL file:- clicky. MIDL is reporting that it doesn't not recognize D3DMATRIX. Can anybody please shed some light on how to remedy this? The DLL this is for is 'dxgame.dll' from DXGame. Thank you.
