Where do I get GLUT?

I just got Beggining OpenGL Game Programming and I was working with lesson 1 and my computer said, "Cannot open "gl\glut.h" no such file or directory." Where do I get this?

I would suggest to use something other than GLUT, cause its too old. Try GLFW, wich is newer and better.
