I'm not sure if I fully understand the problem, but http://cone3d.gamedev.net/ works just fine. Maybe they moved it out of the cgi-bin?

That's not Cone3D's site, for what it is, take a look at the internet cache. That and read the previous posts and look at the dates they were posted [smile]
