simple game
try pong if you want some thing fast and simple but if you want some more complex try tetris then that cool space shooter "space invader"
My first game was an arkanoid/breakout clone (which is like pong + arrays). I recommend it!

Pong was alot easier to program, but tetris was alot more fun!
hint: SpacePong with jetpacks is so much more fun than normal pong.

Good luck with your Pong clone! You might want to consider making Breakout before Tetris. It's a smaller step to make. Eh, it's up to you. [smile]
I stuck between three different games, I was woundering which would be better practice: Breakout, Tetris, or Blackjack.

Practice for what?? Are you asking which is more difficult?...if so, I'm sure most would agree that Tetris is harder than the other two.
