Is Game Maker allowed? Does this mean I would have to package G.M. libraries for it to work... and is it legal? Our game must be eligable for public release... are Game Maker games eligable for this? - Shane

If I am not mistaken the winning entry last year(Ninja loves Pirate) was developed in Game Maker. So unless the rules have changed from then I would say that it is allowed.
