[web] 1Portfolio Down Again?

Is 1Portfolio down for anyone else? I noticed a thread from April reporting it down, but some people could still access it. All my sites are down, and so is the 1Portfolio site (but their 1Offer seems to work).

I've had some troubles with connecting to 1Portfolio hosted sites from certain locations. For example, I have no problems getting onto my site from work, but when I try to connect to it from home, no response. I came to the conclusion that it's something wrong with my home ISP thinking that it's an IP that shouldn't register....

What I found (after numerous calls) is that my packet was being lost in one of Savvis' routers/servers. I figured out that 1Portfolio uses Savvis, and ultimately they were blocking my IP. After an email to 1Portfolio it's up and running again (though they never actually told me anything, and didn't email me back).
