We're working on a low low budget, and as Tsloper would call us, "Lone Gunman". We're also not together physically, so project management has to be tight, or we aren't going to manage.

I found this free (for a single project, which is fine) online site where you use Basecamp.

It allows you to add people to the project, it emails the people, we've used the single Whiteboard we get as our Dynamic Design Doc*, I set milestones.. it's a great way to track and "nag." Still, someone has to do the managing.

*the online one can be edited, changed, commented on, as opposed to our pdf/written one.
