Hi, I've been working on this project for about a year and a half now, and now it's time to release the first beta version for the game dev. community. Here is a link to the web site (see the Files -section): http://koti.mbnet.fi/blender/lithewire3d The basic idea is to provide a easy-to-use and fast lowpoly modeler to create game environments and objects with. There are a lot of neat features that I have always wished to have in a 3D editor such as 3D selection (picking), entity tool, lightmap generator, static mesh importer and "infinite" and scalable modeling dimensions. In addition, LiWe 3D has a plugin system for texture and mesh file formats. Please see the User's manual for more information and to learn the shortcut keys. Comments and suggestions are most welcome.
