D3D10_INTERPOLATION_CONST

Where can I set this flag in d3d10 (D3D10_INTERPOLATION_CONST) ? I found it when reading the description for the FixedFuncEMU Sample, but it just mentions it in passing. The interpolation modifier _nointerpolation seemed promising, but the docs say that is only for integer data.
