Ah, that's why it wasn't working thank you! Gah, miss just a tiny thing like that and an entire program won't run...

Now I've got a ton of packages installed, but the lesson is now giving me a libpng32.dll not installed. But I've got that installed, so this shouldn't be a problem. I've got libpng installed from the downloadable packages manager.
