Well atleast im not alone, thanks guys, il remember to just clean and rebuild, im moving to vc 2008 soon, so it sounds like il have this evan more often. I will try disableing my scanner though, never know eh?

Looks like something got a hold of a file, try using filemon and see what's holding to it when you get that error.
