Thank you oler1s, gives me a better understanding of the libraries and wrappers. I've downloaded Microsoft's Visual C# 2008 Express. My best bet from here is to use some starter tutorials, I saw Microsoft has a C# Beginner's developer center so I'll begin there.

If anyone else has any tutorials they'd like to recommend, anymore information they'd like to share, books to buy, etc, feel free to post. I appreciate everyone for taking the time to help. Hopefully I'll stick with it and be here more often as I learn.
