Pix and constant buffer

Hy. I'm still create a skeleton animation shader application and every frame I must set all the matrix transformation in a vertex shader that apply the transformation of vertexes and i set it in a texture 2d or in the costant buffers. Is possible to preview the matrixes of texture 2d or the matrixes in the constant buffers with dx 10 ? How? Thanks
