The War Fog in RTS
anyone have idea about the war fog in RTS ?
I''m try to put the war fog in my game...
so does the War For structure mast be the same as the map structure ? (ex: my map was iso-tiled-based, should the War Fog has be the same based ? )
another question: should I scan the whole map every main-loop ?
or there''s some ways better?

i would u would attach the fog of war to your tiles and use a check to see if your on the tile near the tile or far away so taht it would apply like either a black bitmap no bitmap or a grey one on the tile
