Though there's no denying that a kickass game that taught you a language would be VERY cool...

I think this is a cool concept but one thing bothers me about it: When you're learning a language, at least at a low level, won't most of your subject matter be trivial? For instance, your spies might be asking "Where is the bathroom?" rather than "When will the target reach the drop zone?"

This might work well for a higher level of experience, though. The immersion factor could be a really interesting angle, as well.
