Mircosoft Visual Studio 2008 Express [C++] UI-Problems

Hello!
I have some trouble with the UI of the Visual studio.
Nearly all Boxes with Properties, output, etc are missing! And some
of them aren't in the "View"-menu (Dunno, if the name is right, mine is german, the on next to Edit).
How can I restore the Default setting?
:(
I'm using professional edition but it should be the same. The output window is in the "View" menu, also available by pressing alt+2. The properties window is in the "Other Windows" sub-menu. Some additional windows like breakpoints can be enabled from the "Debug -> Windows" menu. I believe this can change depending on the type of project currently active.

The screenshot you have posted look like the default layout of the express edition. Everything seems to be there, I have marked properties in the image below:

No. My screenshot was taken by a friend. Sorry, it woulde have been better
when I wrote "mine should look like this".
In my Visual Studio, nothing is at the right place. And this is very annoying. :(
