Problem Building boost libraries with bjam

I have been trying to build and use the C++ Boost Libraries all day, but each time I use bjam to try and compile the boost source, I get these "Access is Denied" errors while bjam is running.

I am running Windows 7

Has anyone ever run into this problem?

Perhaps it's trying to run a command which requires an Administrator console?

Also, there are prebuilt Boost libraries available.
