I've been looking for a bit here but I can't find where to access the Album I made to go along with my blog. Is GameDev still using Albums or are those being fazed out?
How to access Albums
Yes, but accessing them is not straightforward right now.
Easiest way is to go to your profile (Profile menu in top right -> Profile), select the Albums tab, and you should see all of your Albums.
To help with this I'll add a "My Albums" link to the Profile menu soon.
