Our studio is looking for a social media person. Someone who will deal with our Facebook, Twitter, Discord etc. What is something we should look for in a person that would be doing that job?
What to Look for in a Social Media Manager?
For a lead herald, you definitely need someone who can talk positively with the audience (with, not at) and can take insults without taking them personally.
I think a person that would be relevant for this place is someone who is positive, offers a great experience talking to him, has quick thinking, is always active on social media, he/she is very extrovert, collaborative with the company that hires him and the customers as well, has great communication skills and of course he doesn't crack under pressure. (assuming he doesn't only use the social media of the company but also attends various meetings, or has communication with other companies)

As an addition to what the people above me have already said, that person should also be professional like they should not discuss their own politics or religion whatsoever.
