Mozzapino!!! Jalapeno peppers in mozzerella cheese! It is awsome! Canadain Cheddar, Mozzerella and Feta are real good too. Consider me a cheese fan...

That''s Lasagna, I believe. No one has answered my question yet; What is Gouda Cheese? Sounds wierd. I like American cheese too, but Its just missing that cheesy bitterness that all cheeses have. I hate to think of cheese as spoiled milk though...

So you know about cheese in the States ? Well, I wonder what GA cheese smells like. As for me, my favourite is by favourite the Gruyere (salted one), then there is the Reblochon, the goat cheese, the salakis (a lamb cheese, from Greece I believe), then there is the one with Garlic and herbs, oh yeash, Camambert, Brie, errr ... god, I don't know all 300 of them, but I like cheese I guess that's a french thing.

Konrad : Gouda is a dutch cheese, a bit bland IMHO like all those Cheddar, Edam, stuff that I eat in Ireland. God you can't imagine how I miss my smelly cheese from the mountains :/
