It's taken me two weeks since coming home from Dubai to get back in the habit of posting these, but I finally am getting back into the swing of things. As much as I enjoy doing a lot of different things for jobs sometimes switching gears can still be difficult. If anyone's missed our Guinness World Record show, you can see it here.

  • Journal of Aardvajk - Aardvajk demonstrates progress with his modeler by rigging a model and exporting a static pose for use in his game, with animation the next step
  • Too idiot to make it, too idiot to quit - desdemian shows some sketches as he hunts for the visual style of his main character and the inspiration they came from - GI Joe action figures, a Clone Wars trooper and kids cartoons
  • RADICAL HEROES: CRIMSON CITY CRISIS - MAD UNICORN GAMES (god I hate those caps) has a new gameplay video for Radical Heros that also shows off the game's Oculus Rift support
  • Framework Philosophies - doeme goes through several options he explored when creating a UI for viewing and editing graphs for his Qt-based project
  • Undead Castle Dev Journal - afliii has some new background material for the world in The Undead Castle as well as a new weapon render
  • arka80's Journal - arka80 admits he's no artist, but he's dedicated towards recreating the mechanics of Dungeon Keeper in his current project so that the gameplay can be the focus for players rather than the visuals
  • Dukandia - cgpIce drops by with an update to the status of Dukandia which he assures is still alive and kicking
  • My attempt at making a platformer - AFS talks about how he's handling sprite sheets in his game, along with his theory that he's been dealing with cluster headaches and learning that hamsters are escape artists (they really can get out of anything, trust me I know)
  • Gamieon's Journal - Gamieon details how he has allowed players to join in to his game both remotely and locally in the same session
  • A Keyboard and the Truth - EDI is happy to announce the latest release in the Revel Immortal alpha has gone live
