How to draw lines like that ?

Well I want to be able to draw lines of different sizes, so I can't possibly use one single texture for all of them. Or the cap wouldn't be circular but ellipse shaped.
You can use the same texture for all of them, and just scale your quads accordingly. The endcap only comes out elliptical if you scale your endcap quad unevenly.
