So.. done with my bachelor degree.. I've been studying Computer Science with a Games major. I live in Norway and the game industry here isn't very big.. Theres some companies, but its very hard to get a job with them.. I'm thinking about doing a master, but that wont be for another half a year.. I will have some time now to work on a small project with some friends and read some books.. If I'm not going for a master I will probably look for a normal coding job and then work on a game more as a side project and as a hobby..

Anyone got some general tips and/or some book recommendations on how to succeed with a small indie game project? I've learned quiet a bit about how to make the games interesting and balanced, but would like to read a recommended full book on the topic as well.. I'm also interested in books about the production of games and on starting up a small indie company (thats more like a future goal, but I want to learn some more about it as soon as possible)..
