And no, it's not the girl from this thread but rather someone completely different. She's a self-professed geek, who is totally for me. And I for her, but the problem is that other than the geekiness (which is somewhat superficial) it's all physical. Anyone got hints on how to make it more emotional? (And yes, I know it's heresy for guys to want an emotional relationship over the hot hot sexings, but we're geeks, so we gotta be different, right?)

So it doesn't feel emotional? Maybe you shouldn't force these things so much and let yourself fall for a girl naturally? You seem really "OMGOMGOMG gotta find a girl gotta find a girl!" which apparently resulted in you getting a girl, but obviously aside from the physical attraction to your new friend there's nothing there.

Then again, ATM, you're doing better than I am, so what do I know.

She's female, that's quite certain.

As for backstory, there isn't much. We met on an online dating site and things have progressed from there.
